john masters organics – blood orange & vanilla – body milk

In this post I will write about body milk which I’m using and loving a lot. ☺️

This milk comes in simple, elegant bottle with pump. Pump on the bottle, for me is big plus because it makes using and dosing very easier. 

This product’s smell got me on first sniff. It smells sweet and fresh, for me it is a really beautiful combination. You can feel both vanilla and orange.

Blood orange oil’s smell is one of my preferred, we go very good together, so I like to have it always at my home.

It is known by its sweetie scent, which calms, relaxes, works like antidepressant, gives good mood and optimism.

Beside sweet orange there is vanilla which is good complement to orange 🙂 . It too has anti depressive and relaxing properties and it works like aphrodisiac.

The texture is rich but it’s not heavy. It is easy to be spread and absorbed in the skin. It’s not leaving greasy, sticky film on the skin.

 

My preferred time to use it is after shower, in the evening before sleeping. Because of its relaxing smell, which I feel for a long time on my skin, pajamas in the room. It’s a very warm smell, it helps that in bed, when weather is a little bit cold, you cocoon your self in its sweet warmness. Because of this I think it’s best exactly for this colder weather. 

Often I use it before going out, on my hands cause using it is more comfortable and fast than any hand cream I have.

In its ingredients there are lots of organic herbal extracts and essential oils, so even care provided by it is good.

Long time after application skin is soft, smooth and comfortable to touch. I specially like that feeling of long-lasting hydration and satisfied skin, so I don’t need to apply it ten times a day.

Even though I have dry skin it’s enough a smaller amount to feel the skin is completely nourished. 

It’s a pleasure to use it.

In this incredible herbal cocktail there are:

Aloe Vera – it works with a soothing and anti-inflammatory effect, it regenerates, hydrates and nourishes the skin, helps to create collagen, strengthens the natural defensive function of the skin.

Sunflower oil – works astringently, anti-inflammatory, restores damaged skin, prevents moisture loss and protects against bad external influences.

Coconut oil – acts as antiviral and antibacterial, hydrates.

Kelp extract – hydrates.

Milk thistle extract – acts as an antioxidant, protects against harmful external influences, strengthens skin’s firmness and elasticity and works against wrinkles.

Comfrey leaf extract – regenerates the skin.

Chamomile flower extract – has anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial effect, soothes irritated skin, protects it from premature aging and postpones wrinkles.

Arnica extract – hydrates and stimulates circulation.

Lavander leaf, flower and stem extract – it works regenerating, soothing.

Honeysuckle flower extract – it acts as antibacterial.

Blood orange oil – it has antioxidant properties, it slows down skin aging processes and stimulates natural regeneration of the skin, the scent acts antidepressant, relaxing.

Grapefruit peel oil – refreshes and revives the skin.

Bourbon vanilla oil & extract – has antioxidant properties, stimulates regeneration of the skin and calms the inflammations, the smell acts antidepressant, soothes, relaxes 

and has aphrodisiac properties.

Did You notice that I was missing for a while?

Believe me, I really miss blogging and talking with you 🙂
Well, why was I missing? Collapsed some plans, new ones under creation process. It happened a little, unexpected, unplanned miracle. Life happened, a new one to whom, no matter how hard will be, i cannot turn my back, maybe now all seems impossible, after disappointment in the people of whose support was most expected. I’m pregnant. 🙂 I am happy and scared.

It’s very hard physically. I feel nausea 24 hours a day and hormone-pumped allergy hit me after being gone for almost 3 years therefore my energy level is somewhere under zero. Due to sickness in recent weeks, i can not be five minutes on the computer, because looking at the monitor aggravates the symptoms.
When the situation improves a little and I hope it will be soon, because exactly the same situation was in the first three months of the first pregnancy, i will return to you all 🙂 and continue with new plans.
First biiiiiig plan is to try moving in a slightly larger apartment because this one we live in is bursting at the seams and second of course the return of the blog.

Special Eye Mask with Hyaluron and cucumber extract by Merz

Merz Spezial Mask Intense Eye

Dermatologically and ophthalmologically tested.

 

The mask comes in 4 x 1 ml packages.

One bag is enough for 3-4 use, not using it as a mask though brings that number to a considerable amount if applied only on the upper and lower eyelids.
Maybe you should use it all in one time, just i do not know how to do it by putting it exclusively to the near eye area, because I admit, the instructions on this package are not clear 🙂
It has hyaluronic acid, extracts of cucumber and active complex from natural soy and rice peptides and micro-algae extract.

 

The result of using? Does not irritate eyes or sensitive skin around the eyes. The skin is visibly nourished, moisturized, looks fresher, brighter and brighter. Although I do not sleep through the night without at least two or three wakes for about a year and a half, After using it i seemed strange to myself because I was looking rested. 😀

If you do all that is written on the package and expect to erase wrinkles I would not recommend it because you might be disappointed, perhaps right after spreading it the skin looks healthy, shiny, not dry, wrinkles will actually be less prominent, you will be able to smile without the tightening all day and then because of the dryness of the skin it’d be like not having craters, at least temporarily, in the end it’s like blocking the creation of new wrinkles, at least i have that feeling 🙂

 

 

 

Regarding smell, although we would have preferred having it in this case there is not any or it is very light, but I feel it does not matter to me.

The texture of masks is not heavy, not too greasy, is easy to spread. I rub it in a thick layer and leave to soak for half an hour and then gently remove excess with cosmetic pads moistened with lukewarm water. I use it every couple of days. This package lasted about a month. I tried to use it as a night cream but it seems to me much better acts as a mask and also because of the packaging does not seem practical for everyday use.

 

Ingredients:

Collistar Gloss Nail Lacquer – Gel Effect and Iris Delicate One of the nail lacquer which most recently I used is this 🙂

 

 

Color won Me at first sight; is gentle, bright, springy, really great, it is not quite emerging from the pictures 😛

 

 

The brush is not great but it seems to be very simple to use and to have precise dispensing. Durability is good for me, two light layers, without base and top coat, with the normal housework and obsessive lot of hand washing, without damage it withstood 3-4 days. I love the fact that there is no overpowering smell, indeed has a mild odor that I felt in lacquers. It dries quickly, you may at first notice is a little uneven but you wait a little more time and the coating was just fine. It’s not even having the “ghost effect” what I hate most in the varnish, means that whatever you touch is going to show the day after in the form of texture of everything you touched. Very easy to remove and leaves no stains on nails.
