Burt’s Bees cuticle cream with oil of lemon peel

Burt’s Bees cuticle cream with oil of lemon

Recently I was looking for a product that could help with my current problems, increasing number of spontaneously broken nails and raised cuticles, i passed all the boring beauty blogs and finally decided to try these creams.

Attracted by its 100% natural composition, a lot of positive experiences and of course not finding a lot of negative ones 😛

It comes in a simple, metal box (btw I was laughing reading the negative comments a girl who just can not open this box: D). Box is protected with plastic (again dying of laughter, there are those who can not seem to open the plastic packaging and throw it in the trash 🙂 So plastic is there and you are certainly the first whose fingers visited it (important information knowing how many people are in our stores putting fingers where they do not belong, and I most often search half an hour reviewing all to find a good one and then take something violated and notice only when home. No kidding box is ok, maybe after some initial problems with the opening they adapted it for blondes because i do not see the problem with the lid even with greasy hands) and if you are a vintage lover, like me, you’ll love this type of packaging and probably you’ll find a purpose after discharge.

The smell is very nice, natural, refreshing just as sweet lemonade 🙂 and this smell to me right now in the summer draws to cream myself more than necessary 🙂

The texture is quite thick, at first glance resembles a balm but not as greasy and easily absorbed. While colder weather makes it a little longer to dissolve under hands heat now this is no longer a problem :P. This denser texture is great for this purpose because it is easily dosed in small amounts required for fingernails and the area around them and just nice to be retained at the required location. Leaves no film on the skin and does not peel off when you put more than should be: P

I use it most often at bedtime, first put the cream on my hands and rub the amount of Burt’s Bees balm that I make enough to feed nicely desired area. This texture and alluring scent also attract to put a little more volume then necessary and a few minutes massaging the area of the nail and cuticle, while watching TV or leafing through the news on the net. Occasionally I put it through the day if I see that the skin is a little drier and, wondering whether, when I have time for the cream.

Already after a few usage saw a substantial change. The skin is moisturized and soft, does not break, nails are shinier. Now i am using it for about a month and it is doing what is supposed to, it really works 🙂 Strengthens nails, there was no breaking in this period, not once. That was my biggest concern because i simply did not have the nail that could puncture, although for a long time keeping them short, every few days one would burst.

So this month no bad nail day for me 😛 The cuticles are incredibly better unless I skip using the cream.

I would prefer to use it not only as a cream for nails and cuticles but as for the entire hand, just that little packaging is a shame 🙂 , i am sorry i am spending it too fast.

I am pleased with the current appearance of fingernails and cuticles, which look healthy and shiny.

So far I have found only one objection, it seems to me that it goes too fast and the price is not small 😛

Little update:

The only complaint I have against this cream is that you get through it pretty quickly, because after a long time I was convincingly used to how well it works. It does not work only short-term but also long-term. Conditions nails and cuticles so that after being repaired the initial intensive use is no longer necessary. Just put it a little every few days, when I see that my cuticles begin to be a little dry, or when i want to provide special care to my nails and hands. Since i use it nails do not have a problem, I do not remember if during all this time it happened to me once a broken nail. If you have problems with your nails and cuticles recommend you try it because I am more than satisfied with the current state of mine 🙂 This is a product that definitely has a place on my list of favorite beauty products and without which I do not want to stay 🙂
