Iris L’Erbolario perfume

Dall’evanescenza voluttuosa dei petali dell’Iris, che languidi catturano la luce di cui poi risplendono, un profumo caldo e sensuale la cui scia inebriante avvolgerà l’aria tutta intorno, effondendo ardore.

I present to you the fragrance responsible for my love of L’Erbolario perfumes. The perfumed body cream of the Iris line was the first to reach my nose and he liked it so much that L’Erbolario has become one of my perfumed obsessions, following that familiar path, I have to collect them all.

I don’t divide the perfumes by season, but by mood. There are those I love more than Iris but I wear them only when I’m in a good mood and when I feel good. Iris is one of those that I take when I get sad when I finished words and I don’t want to explain. Then Iris caresses me and warms me up.

I almost always wear perfume, but I’m not one who feels it across the street. For me, perfume is something special, which should approach you and not reject you. Iris is quite strong and the problem with such perfumes arises in those who like to “shower” with perfume. So it becomes sadly suffocating and nauseating, vulgar. For me, just a slight pump pressure is enough.

Its persistence is really good, I feel it on my skin all day and on my clothes longer than that.

The first thing my nose feels is the soft floral scent, which immediately mixes with the sweet sugar syrup and then a hint of something that softens that sweetness and makes it more interesting, I think it’s tobacco. Then there is my dear dusty, delicate and clean tone.

There is something elegant and classic, feminine and romantic in that Iris, some say selfless and old-fashioned, for my taste. 🙂

Fragrance notes:

Top : bergamot, aldehydes, ylang ylang

Middle : iris, hawthorn

Base: tobacco, vanilla, sugar syrup, musk

Don’t forget, soon is my birthday, my dear readers, you know what I miss in my collection 😀

Amore Amore Mio – Mina

Dr. Scheller Argan & Amaranth Anti-wrinkle cream day SPF 10

A couple of months ago, I came across this one on the shelf with natural cosmetics, looking for some anti-age cream with a protective factor, and although I have never encountered this brand before, I decided to give it a try.

The cream is with my favorite ingredients; with argan oil, hyaluronic acid, squalane, sunflower and apricot seed oils and for me something new, amaranth seed extract. It also has UVA – UVB SPF 10. So in addition to the care it provides, it should also protect against those immediately visible skin damages, such as redness and burns, and long-term ones such as accelerated skin aging.

For sun protection, I prefer creams with mineral filters, such as this one (it contains zinc oxide and titanium dioxide). I prefer mineral filters because the skin does not absorb them but creates a protective layer on the skin that repels harmful sun rays from the skin surface. The protective layer that these creams create, acts immediately after application, it stays on the skin, it’s not photolabile.

Immediately after the first use, I noticed that the cream hydrates my dry skin very well when I use it there is not a trace of dryness.

What also bothered me right away was that, as with most creams with mineral protection, often somewhere, a white spot endures like dandruff and which I do not notice (so someone else points it out to me later).

My favorite thing is to apply creams with the help of Foreo Luna, meaning with a few moments long always relaxing, facial massage. That’s the part I missed most about this cream because it’s impossible to use Luna with it.

The normal amount is smeared and absorbed very quickly, and smearing/massage with the Moon is impossible, and if a slightly larger amount is applied, it immediately starts to dandruff.

But again on the skin, it is comfortable, does not leave a heavy, greasy feeling, does not feel burning, does not clog pores.

It has a pleasant, light, and fresh, fruity scent that does not stay on the skin for long. It doesn’t bother my sensitive eyes in the least, which is also a big plus for me.

I really like the fact that the skin is well hydrated after some time of use, soft and there is no trace of tightening or dandruff (although there are days when I forget to apply it) and therefore wrinkles are less visible and skin tone better.

I will definitely try something more from Dr. Scheller collections, and I believe that this cream will also be found more than once in my basket.

Free of silicone, mineral oils, parabens, synthetic dyes and fragrances.

I have been using this cream for about three months now and with quarantine, isolation, staying at home … I am with the children every day on the balcony, in the yard, in the garden … and I don’t remember to always put the cream with SPF after the usual care. As I want to protect my skin all year round, not just in summer and on the beach, this combination seemed like a good solution to me. I am now looking for some with a slightly higher protection factor.

What day creams are you currently using? Do You have some good combination; natural ingredients – antiaging – hydration – SPF to recommend? Please write. :*

La Vie Est Belle Lancôme L’eau de parfum

Sometimes do you need to be reminded that life is beautiful?

Of course, there are better and more important things to remember than colorful bottles, but it is still good to always have one at hand. However, life is a little more beautiful and full with shelves filled with little things that remind us of the beauty and meaning of the moments lived. Is it? 🙂

This perfume’s name invites you to remember the most important thing, life is beautiful. With its appearance, the bottle reminds of a smile, and there are also wings to remind you of freedom and to make all worries fly away more easily with a few pressures of the pump. Its color is warm, its shape elegant, feminine.

The smell… for me, starts fruity, sweet, I feel like a juicy sweet pear. Floral notes of iris and jasmine develop in it with the sharpness of pachuli, soothed by fine sweet pralines and tonka beans. It is sweet, but by no means, at any moment boringly too sweet, there is always a dose of powdery freshness. It is special, simply elegant, just like the bottle it is in.

The beginning is really strong and sharp and the longer it is on the skin the warmer, gentler, and more feminine it becomes. It lasts a long time on the skin.

It arrived to me under the Christmas tree, so it is somehow special and solemn to me. It reminds me of that special, warm, happy, Christmas atmosphere. I wear it when I want to feel special, solemn. It’s ideal for me for the evening because it kind of warms up like Christmas.

Scented notes:

Upper: black currant, pear

Medium: iris, jasmine, orange blossom

Bases: patchouli, tonka beans, vanilla, pralines

Ingredients: Alcohol, perfume/fragrance, aqua/water, linalool, benzyl salicylate, limonene, methyl anthranilate, tris (tetramethydroxypiperidinol) citrate, Ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate, geraniol, alpha-iso methyl ionone, coumarin, farnesol, citral, citronellol, benzyl alcohol, benzyl benzoate. Weleda Skin Food Body Butter & Lip Butter

SKIN FOOD LIP BUTTER

My lips are dry during winter time and if I don’t use balms, they get cracked and I become obsessed with biting, peeling… already damaged skin that everything together is quite ugly and painful. Weleda balm proved to be a pretty good solution to these problems of mine.

Its scent is not too nice for me. I can’t figure out what it reminds me of, but still, it’s light and doesn’t last long, so I don’t mind.

The texture is somewhere between oil and gel.

It is transparent, pleasant on the lips, light, not sticky.

My favorite is in the evening before going to bed, because then I don’t bother it with licking, eating, drinking… so it does its job without interruption and I can remove the cracked skin in the morning by lightly rubbing my lips. After that, for further care, it is enough to remember it a couple of times a day.

My only complaint about it is about its little tube container, which wears out much, much faster than classic roll-on lip balms. (8 ml / 45 kn).

Although this lip butter is dear to me, number one in lip care, it is still Clarins oil .

SKIN FOOD BODY BUTTER

The smell of body butter is nicer to me. It is light, fresh and sweet, fruity, does not stay on the skin for long.

In a jar, the texture looks solid, but as soon as you touch it, you realize that it is actually light, easily smeared. It absorbs quickly and leaves no greasy film.

It is comfortable on the skin, immediately leaving it visibly refreshed and shiny, soft and smooth to the touch. I feel that it really nourishes and moisturizes the skin for a long time, after a while the dry and damaged parts of the skin look renewed.

My favorite is to use it in the evening after showering, on my feet, hands, feet … anywhere, where the skin is dry and in the morning it is refreshed and soft.

And since I have children I am slowly getting a real maniac of excessive hand washing and now with antivirus fight and three hundred washes a day my hands are especially dry and this butter suits them very well and there is no cracked and dry skin thanks to it.

In the composition of this cream you can see a lot of beautiful ingredients that explain my enthusiasm for its action.

There are sunflower seed oil, cocoa butter, shea butter, rosemary extracts, chamomile, calendula and wild pansy, all together nourish, hydrate and soothe the skin.

Ingredients: Water (Aqua), Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil, Theobroma Cacao (Cocoa) Seed Butter, Glycerin, Glyceryl Stearate Citrate, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter, Stearic Acid, Palmitic Acid, Pentylene Glycol, Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf Extract, Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria) Flower Extract, Calendula Officinalis Flower Extract, Viola Tricolor Extract, Alcohol, Betaine, Carrageenan, Xanthan Gum, Lactic Acid, Glyceryl Caprylate, Sodium Caproyl/Lauroyl Lactylate, Fragrance (Parfum)*, Limonene*, Linalool*, Benzyl Benzoate*, Geraniol*. *from natural essential oils

What I especially like about both of these products, of course, apart from the fact that they are natural certified cosmetics, is that I could notice their effect on my skin from the first use and that it is long-lasting.

The body butter is a product that I have no complaints about and I will definitely buy it again.

Have you tried any of the Weleda or Weleda Skin Food products? What are your favorites?

L’Erbolario’s Ambraliquida bath gel with vitamin E microspheres

These weird and stressful #stayhome days, while the list of things that annoy me slowly but surely increases and becomes endless and the will to do anything smart leaves, one of the things that relax me and somewhat returns me to normal is long baths or at least attempts to do so. 😛

Ambraliquida bath is one of my favorites because of the quality behind the L’erbolario brand and because of the beautiful, oriental, aromatic, and sweet, powdery scent that is just to my taste. The scent is strong and gentle at the same time, long-lasting, just like L’erbolario perfume and I can smell its light scent on my skin all day.

The packaging states that it can be used as a shower gel and bubble bath. I didn’t use it for a shower. With a supply of shower gels, this bath gel is reserved for relaxing, sparkling minutes.

The texture of the gel is thick so it is nicely dosed, without unwanted spillage. It creates a mountain of gentle, fragrant foam, the only thing I’m sorry about is that the foam disappears pretty quickly.

It is gentle on the skin, even after prolonged soaking it is not dry but refreshed and soft. The gel contains vitamin E, which helps the skin with its antioxidant properties, and liquidambar orientalis extract, which has a tonic, protective and astringent effect.

Ingredients: Aqua (water) – disodium cocoyl glutamate – coco glucoside – parfum (fragrance) – lauryl glucoside – sodium glutamate – liquidambar orientalis resin extract – sodium sesamphoacetate – sodium cocoyl wheat amino acids – potassium olivoyl pca – tocopheryl acetate – agar – algin – glycerin – polysorbate 20 – peg 4 – citric acid – xanthan gum – butylphenyl methylpropional – citronellol – coumarin – geraniol – ci 77891 (titanium dioxide) – potassium sorbate – sodium benzoate

How do you relax these days? Do you like L’erbolario products? How would you use it, as bath or as shower gel?
